Education For Employment Foundation
The Education For Employment (EFE) Foundation creates job opportunities
for young people through training programmes that are linked to
job placements and meet employer needs.
In Jordan, the KRSF is supporting, through EFE, twenty young
people for training in teamwork, leadership and professional ethics
and ten young people on teacher training programmes.
In Gaza, the Foundation is supporting ten unemployed graduates
on mini-MBAs and, in the West Bank, is funding four unemployed
engineering graduates for construction management programmes.
Syria Disability
The Foundation is providing four scholarships for Master's Degrees
in Speech Language Pathology through AAMAL (the Syrian Organisation
for the Disabled). Whilst professors from the University of Jordan
teach the course it is accredited by Damascus University. The course
began in the summer of 2007 and lasts three years. The scholarships
awarded cover tuition fees and a small allowance for the four students
for two years of academic study and a one-year clinical attachment.

Annual Gathering 2008
The KRSF will be holding its annual student gathering from 11-13
April 2008. The event, for all current KRSF scholars, will take
place at Denham Grove in Uxbridge. The KRSF annual dinner and prize
giving ceremony will take place at the Institute of Directors on
Saturday 12 April 2007.
